Akhinu Suvid V S

Mr. Akhinu Suvid V S is a consultant Psychologist completed his Msc Applied Psychology from Department of Psychology University of Calicut, Thenhipalam Malappuram.

He has an extensive experience in working with Children with learning difficulties and other disorders. To address and rehabilitate issues of these children he worked as Psychotherapist in K E safiya Autism Centre New Mahe. And also He was a Part of Community Disability and Rehabilitation Programme (CDMRP) an Initiative of Department of Psychology University of Calicut with Social Justice Department Govt. of Kerala.

He has also experience in working among adolescents to promote mental health and well being of adolescents as student counsellor and he worked as Psychologist in adult population dealing with anxiety, depression, Mood disorders, relationship issues, while working in Ahalia Health Heritage and Knowledge Village palakkad.

He is also Passionate in the field of Career Counselling and Guidance. He assessed Clients with aptitude tests and directed many Individuals with authentic solutions to achieve their dream destinations. He worked as Career Counsellor at India’s first Govt. undertaken Career Development Centre. Career Development Centre (CDC) Perambra, Calicut.

He was trained in Cognitive Behaviour therapy (CBT) Behaviour therapy (BT) Solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) Dialectical Behaviour therapy (DBT) and many other psychotherapeutic approaches.

He is a compassionate and experienced psychologist with 8 years of experience who is committed to creating a safe, supportive and non judgemental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, behaviour and personal growth.
